Luminaries Factory was founded in Dongguan, China — the manufacturing heartland of the global lighting industry. From day one, our focus has been singular: produce LED bulbs and fixtures that meet the exacting safety and performance standards required by North American (UL/ETL), European (CE/RoHS/ErP), and British (UKCA) markets.

As our export business grew, we recognised that international buyers needed more than a factory — they needed a brand they could stand behind. We believe transparent trade terms build long-term partnerships. Everything you need to know before placing your first order — payment, MOQ, lead time, warranty, returns, and our loyalty rebate programme.

Payment Terms

  • 30% deposit upon order confirmation
  • 70% balance before shipment (T/T wire transfer)
  • PayPal & credit card accepted for orders under USD 2,000
  • Letter of Credit (L/C) available for orders over USD 50,000

Minimum Order Qty (MOQ)

  • LED bulbs: 300 pcs per SKU (standard)
  • Commercial fixtures: 50 pcs per SKU
  • Mixed-SKU orders: 500 pcs total minimum
  • Sample orders: 1–10 pcs available at retail price

Lead Time

  • In-stock items: 3–7 business days
  • Standard production: 15–25 business days after deposit
  • Custom OEM/ODM orders: 30–45 business days
  • Rush production available — contact us for scheduling

Warranty & Guarantee

  • 3-year warranty on all LED bulbs (standard)
  • 5-year warranty on commercial fixture range
  • Defective rate guarantee: ≤ 0.5% per shipment
  • Free replacement or full refund on warranty claims

Returns Policy

  • DOA (Dead on Arrival): report within 30 days of receipt
  • Photographic evidence required for all claims
  • Defective units replaced in next shipment at no charge
  • No returns accepted for custom-printed or OEM products

Rebate Program

  • 2% rebate on annual purchases over USD 20,000
  • 3.5% rebate on annual purchases over USD 50,000
  • 5% rebate on annual purchases over USD 100,000
  • Rebates issued as credit note or wire transfer quarterly
